For your convenience, we have the PayPal payment method for all orders within the continental
United States. You do not have to set up a PayPal account to use my shopping carts, however, to
use the Paypal Buyer Credit you must be a Paypal member. For
all other orders, or if you do not want to use a credit card, please
send a check or money order. We will mail the merchandise and
receipt as soon as the check or money order clears. Additional
shipping and handling charges may apply to those orders. You have 7 days after the receipt of your order to phone or email for a return authorization number (except for strings once installed). Any authorized return item must be received in like-new condition. Package your return securely to prevent damage. Mark the outside of your package with the return authorization number. We do not refund shipping charges. Be sure to report damage from shipping immediately for replacement item. Some products are not returnable: Special orders, and damaged items, not damaged in shipping, that is, if you damage the product after receiving it. All items are inspected and sent in proper condition. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise and want to exchange it for an upgrade, you will be responsible for the difference in price and shipping charges. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the instrument, we will gladly exchange the item, or refund your money per the policies stated above. Although every precaution is taken, errors do sometimes occur, and we will do our best to correct any error on our part as quickly as possible. We really do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and work hard to make sure that you are happy. All stringed instrument products are guaranteed for the life of the instrument against workmanship flaws. This guarantee does not include damage from weather and humidity related problems, such as cracking or warping.
